# Walmart ASO audit worksheet

Use alongside https://www.asoagency.com/briefs/walmart. Published copy proposals are hypotheses, not tested outcomes.

## Define your scope

- Store, territory, language and device:
- Observation date and reviewer:
- Visitor intent and source:

## Your ASO assignment

1. Document how one item’s shipping, delivery and pickup options are presented today.
2. Rewrite the visual hierarchy of the same verified offer without changing its terms.
3. Assign an owner and review date to every time-sensitive promotion in the creative.

## Keep evidence separate from judgment

For each of your first three screenshots record: source URL, capture date, visible content, interpretation and proposed action. Identify the material that must remain unchanged.

## Review the proposed copy

Name: Walmart: Shopping & Savings
Subtitle: Shop online. Plan store trips.

Reasoning: Retain the current brand and savings title while explaining both remote shopping and store utility. It avoids a temporary code or timing promise that can expire independently of metadata.

Tradeoff: The proposal removes fashion, gifts and grocery, which are explicit category signals in the current subtitle. Workflow clarity may not compensate for reduced query relevance.
